Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment across from Hagley Park

This place was nice and cosy. I loved the convenience of the location. Its close to shops. And, you've gotta try The Won (Korean restaurant) across the rd.

The smell of the spare cover is smelly. It smells someone vomit on it.

La propreté et la clarté des lieux, le logement est vraiment spacieux et la position géographique était ce que je souhaitais, près d'un parc... et quel parc ! Je n'avais jamais vu un parc avec jardin botanique aussi beau.

Je ne suis pas fan de la moquette au niveau hygiène c'est toujours moyen, surtout avec beaucoup de passage et des personnes pas soigneuses.

Fantastic location very close to the city centre. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean with good amenities. Great communication from the hosts.

Had to go hunting for the bedding for the sofa bed even though we booked for 4 adults!

The apparent had everything we needed for a self catering break. The location was perfect for us. It was near enough for us to walk into the city centre or the train station (for the TranzAlpine scenic rail journey etc). Hagley Park is just across the road and is a great place for a morning jog.

The location was superb and so lovely to wake up and open the door to the park each morning. An easy stretch of the legs into town, we usually ubered home at night which cost under $10 - cheaper than the bus! The accommodation had everything we needed, and if we needed help from the host they were right there at the end of the phone. We saved money by buying groceries and cooking breakfast/packing lunch in the room. Would stay again.

The sofa bed is extremely squeaky and not very comfortable. Ended up putting the mattress on the floor and having someone sleep on the couch. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! But if more than 2 people are staying then the sofa bed could use some WD40 or an upgrade.
