GBIt was ideally located and perfectly proportioned for five adults to stay in. Forida was quick to help when we had a query about the heating
A lot of the facilities were dated and tatty. The oven had to be held into place when opening the door or it came out of its cabinet. The plates and bowls were plastic. A lot of the kitchen wear (glasses and mugs etc) were not very clean. The numerous notes stuck all over the place felt as if we were not welcome or trusted to behave appropriately. The bath mats were tiny scraps of material which served no purpose at all. Parking around the house was not easy to find and getting in or out of the numbered space was challenging due to neighbours’ cars ( this is out of Forida’s control but should be made clear to visitors)
GBWe stayed with the family for 4 nights to attend a family wedding. I have to say, the accomodation was a fantastic choice and we would definitely stay again! Best parts: - Super clean accomodation - Inviting and warm living / dining room - Ground floor bedroom and bathroom / toilet was perfect for my elderly parents with mobility issues - All the bathroom ameneties you could have asked for, my wife and mother were very happy! - Provided a variety of mini cereal boxes, tea, coffe and plenty of other refreshments which we were grateful for. - Great host, very considerate and responded to measages promptly, thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!
Please note, the below were things that were out of the host's control otherwise would rate 10/10 but have noted for balance: - Very creaky and noisy flooring on the top floor - Difficult to park in allocated bay on a night when there are 3-4 cars tightly parked by the neighbour (corner house). One night, didn't bother parking in the bay because it was so tight to turn in and instead parked outside of the car park to avoid any incidents. Other than the above, we left very satisfied!
GBThe house was fantastically clean, Forida has thought of everything and has added lots of extra little touches to ensure everyone's stay is a great one. It's in a good location to get the overground train to London and also for a range of places to eat close by. I would definitely recommend this property.
GBThe property provided everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The treats we very welcome and the little ones were thrilled to pick a pencil each.
