The guard and room service helped me in getting to my room on my check in. The food was good

1. The bed sheet had burnt marks. 2. The washroom jet was broken 3. The cost is too high. I spent almost 5 k and other 5 star hotel costs 6 k including breakfast.

There was not much to like, but still plus points were there • Room was large, there's a window in the room, sofa set and dining place, study table etc • Hotel was on the main road • Hotel staff is very friendly, they will try to help you but the problem is they are out of clean rooms, it seems they are not allocating any money for maintenance. • Room service is above average

We were out of options, so we stayed there only for sleeping. When we arrived they gave us room with broken tiles and toilet seats. Post complaining, they allocated us slightly better room or should I say livable room that also had broken seats covers. I'm not going there again in my dreams... 1. Utter mess at the washroom, it was not clean as per even Indian standard. Toilet Seats were broken 2. Drainage issue, no shower you have to use bucket 3. No shower cabinet, spills water in whole washroom 4. Dirt everywhere 5. Cleaning staff is worse, they are highly unprofessional 6. No toiletries were provided 7. Bed sheets had spots, we bought our own towels from near by Vishal Mega Mart. 8. Location of the hotel is way off from the location showed on Booking.com

Room was smelly and filled with cigarette smoke.

Clean, Spacious, beautiful rooms with all modern amenities and good WiFi. Restaurant serves delicious food

Spacious, modern, clean rooms for a very decent price. Location is good, not far to walk to the metro which can take you anywhere in Delhi
