"Nice room, helpful staff."

Breakfast wasn't taken. The proprietor kindly moved her car to allow me to park my motorcycle behind a secure gate which was much appreciated. Location was spot on - a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

"The place was quite nice but the old lady very unfriendly."

The high temerature

Our flight was delayed and we could arrive first at 20.30. We called the old lady there but she sayd that she closed at 20.00. We suggested that our friend should come and get the key in time but she refused that. What shall we do we asked and she answered : That is not my business. We had to get a hotelroom in Imperia that night. The room at Baia was quite good but without breakfast, without towels for the shower, without glasses for water but with an aircon which did not worked. No wonder that we will never come back.

"perfect place for a relaxing and active (cycling and hiking) vacation"

absolutely perfect. it started already with the very friendly and warm welcoming. great location, room with balcony and seaview, fridge and watercooker (with tea and coffee) in the room, close to beaches/harbour/towncenter. we will certainly visit Dei Gabbiani again.

"Superb"

Location is amazing . Easy walk to village and beaches Bus stops nearby. Free carpark. Easy to find using GPS Staff are fantastic
