Location Staff was responsive

Air quality was bad. Got a throat issue after one day that kept getting worse. Rooms/beds/bathrooms/AC were not clean or in full working condition.

"Misbehaved and Refused for Room by the OWNER"

Worst experience, as I arrived from International airport at 9am, to the Amber Guest house. We had booked for 2 persons. They refused to give room, saying that they have room vacant. I also requested them that we have a friends meeting for important family meeting and my checkout will be same day 3pm as I had another flight in evening. But the receptionist was too rude and misbehaved in an unprofessional manner and refused to give room. I suffered a loss of ₹1070 for taxi and ola, also hurting my feelings and the owner also messaged me in a threatening manner on my WhatsApp. Later I had to find another costly hotel for ₹2700. Highly u recommend for anyone in an emergency situation coming for a few hours or rest and personal work.

Refusal by the owner and receptionist. Threatening and rude behaviour. Also you can check the cctv they didn't even accept my request , I climbed 3 floors with my bags. No courtesy for seeing a guest tired and expecting the room which wa ls booked in advance. Misbehaved and made me suffer and search other hotel in Mumbai on additional budget expense and also taxi fares. So the hotel owes me Rs 4509 to be paid as Customer grievance and threatening messages. Also said will not accept my cancellation online. It's a serious matter of disrespect and misbehave with a traveller and also threatening activity and words used by owner.
