Good quality hotel in the Mall Road area. Our room was large, comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was well equipped. The staff were always attentive. The included breakfast was generous with a wide choice of dishes. Great value for money.

In the public areas (including the dining area) the air-conditioning was set at far too low a temperature.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, and everything was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The food was also amazing and truly exceeded my expectations. Although I did face a minor issue during my stay, Ms. Nosheen Bilgarmi , the Guest Relations Manager, handled it promptly and professionally. She resolved the matter immediately, and her kind and proactive approach was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
