Luxus Grand Hotel

The staff was very friendly, cooperative, and would go out of the way to support you. The rooms are very good, we got upgraded to executive twin, which was very spacious, good lighting, huge bathrooms. All basic amenities were provided, air-conditioning was exceptional, especially for hot weather in Lahore. The service is also very quick, we ordered food and got it in 20 mins. They provided fruits in the room, which was a good snack when we were hungry. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. Overall the stay was great and good value for money.

The breakfast could be improved, there were a lot of eastern options, which were great, but there were no western options laid out in the buffet as such. They did provide when asked though, for e.g. sausages and cream cheese etc. While usually at a 5-star breakfast, sausages, cream cheese cubes are some of the basics. Juice was watered down and packaged juice, only 1 option, even though it is a great fruit season in Lahore, so fresh juices would have been good and refreshing in breakfast rather than sugared watery juice option. The service was great, however, they ask if you need anything and provide as well.

Very clean, staff were fantastic and restaurant inside was amazing. Food was top quality especially the breakfast.
