Nestled In Kendal

The property is exactly like the pictures, and was very clean and well equipped.

There were no issues, could imagine it would be difficult for someone who cant climb stairs to get to the flat. As it was the weekend, town was very loud in the night but otherwise all great. May be worth getting a bedroom fan as leaving the window open overnight invited town noise.

Well presented. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the decor was lovely

Shower was powerful but when put on full, shower head flips back and gets water everywhere! (Only made this mistake once!)

Nestled in Kendal is a gorgeous one-bedroom apartment within 5 minutes' walk of the station and of the town centre. The apartment is perfect as a base for exploring the Lake District and has plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. The hosts, Amanda and Dave, were extremely helpful in answering my questions. Their careful choice of furnishings and decor give a sense of comfort, and the feeling of a home-away-from-home. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend Nestled in Kendal most highly for any couple or single traveller needing easy access to the Lake District.

Visitors should be aware that the apartment is reached via an exterior staircase so those with mobility issues might not find it ideal. The building is on a main road, so you do get some traffic noise.

Very cute little apartment in a central location in Kendal. Was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for a stopover on our drive from North Hampshire up to Scotland with our dog. Very easy to get into the flat, and a conveniently located car park right next door which was quite inexpensive.

This can't be helped - but there are a lot of stairs to navigate to get into the flat, so wouldn't be well suited to someone with mobility issues (but was fine for us!)

Could have done with curtains on the kitchen windows as we stayed on the sofa bed it was very bright.
