Good location and clean. Comfortable bed.

Next door’s squeaky door. Couldn’t find it and had no email to explain directions

The location was great and the apartment was small but clean. Great for a short stay and explore lake Como. Self checkin was also smooth.

It could be very noisy in the stairway during the night. Woke up a few times because of the noise.

Central location easily accessible to transportation and dining options. Modern clean facilities and instant hot water for the shower. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Bed large and comfortable.

The stairs were a problem only going up with the luggage... easier going down.

It is in a great location!!

We did not really like getting into the car park it is quite tight unless you have a small car. Also if you are not familiar with the area and are not sure of the ability for cars to drive down the street with many pedestrians at the same time it can be challenging! We suggest you drive in after 18:00 when less crowded. Aside from this it was a very nice and a beautiful stay.

Gorgeous little Studio apartment with air-conditioning and so close to ferry and town centre and extremely clean and tidy and apartment exactly as photos Requested extra coffee pods and was so appreciative of a box of pods waiting on our arrival Great communication and assistance when the internet was not working..given an alternative solution very quickly and this worked really well. Felt very safe and secure

Just felt it would be good to have a kettle for tea and more bathroom amenities as only two tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash available over 4 days and no tea towel for kitchen use
