スタッフの方も丁寧かつ迅速に対応していただき、お部屋もオシャレでとても綺麗に掃除もされていました。犬も安心して過ごせる環境でゆったりした時間を過ごさせていただきました。また、名古屋に来る際は利用したいと思いました！

部屋が綺麗でした。

ダブルベッドではなく、ツインベッドが良かったです。

清潔 想像以上に設備も綺麗で快適

外壁が薄いのか外の音はよく聞こえます。 静かな状況でないと眠れない方は 対策品を持っていくのがいいと思いました それをふまえても価格設備のコストパフォーマンスは素晴らしいと思います

Nice and quite spacious apartment, 10 minutes by feet from the metro station.

The stairs are a bit dangerous for small children because there is no barrier on the stair railing and the children can fall through.

I really liked the amenities offered by Villa Monica East. It was clear that the building is brand new and that their appliances were brand new. This was a nice touch. Additionally, communication with the host was straightforward, they were responsive to our needs and also answered any questions. The space itself was ample enough for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 very young kids). Parking was also not an issue as there was a dedicated space for our car and the instructions getting there were communicated ahead of time.

Being in the street corner of a suburban area, we could hear almost everything happening from the outside. We could hear the guests from the upstairs unit, which was really distracting and prompted a message to our host to address the situation. We could also hear every noise (traffic, conversations, emergency sirens) happening outside our door which made it difficult to sleep at night. Lastly, while not a big issue, it would be good to consider also transportation options while staying here, the closest station/convenience store is 10 minutes away. However there is a bus stop nearby which can bring you to the closest hub.

清潔感があり部屋も広く、お風呂も大きな浴槽もありくつろげました。犬も泊まれてよかったです。

2階に泊まったのですが、犬が走り回り1階の人に迷惑がかかってないか心配。

毎年春に泊まらせてもらってます。 ウチの犬も｢ココ知ってるー!｣状態w 愛犬もノビノビ過ごせます。 本当にウチの犬、ココに来るとご機嫌になるんですw 自炊に必要な設備はほぼ揃ってますし、 快適に宿泊出来ます。 来年もお世話になると思います。 ( ￣▽￣)

やっぱり1階はロールカーテン上げられないです。 通行人と目が合いますw(^-^; あと、洗濯機の乾燥が不調なのか、今回なかなか乾かなかったです。 どちらも些細な事ですが。
