Gute Ausgangslage für Erkundungstour rund um den Ätna Vom Flughafen in 30 Minuten zu erreichen . Einfache preiswerte Unterkunft außerhalb der Ortschaft mitten in Olivenhainen ohne Nachbarn und Verkehr. Bereitgestelltes Frühstück für den Aufenthalt war gut und ausreichend incl. selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Es gab auch eine Kochplatte . Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Auf recht engen Gassen zu erreichen. Unbedingt, die sehr guten Infos des Vermieters zur Anfahrt im Vorfeld beachten! Es gibt Heizung und Klimaanlage, die Nächte können auch in der luftigen Höhe im Frühjahr noch recht kalt sein.

Für eine Gaststätte im Umkreis muss man sich dann doch ins Auto setzen , was für uns persönlich kein Problem war.

"A perfect getaway."

The house is a dream. The location is away from all noise but yet just a stone drop away from most attractions. Private locked parking inside the driveway. Private and quiet, we had our own kitchen, living, dining, bathroom and bedrooms. The views from the house are exceptional. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The host Samuele was extremely helpful. His father who lives near the property was also very kind to us. We had amazing home baked fruit pies waiting for us when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this place.

"Lovely mountainside retreat"

The apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable. Nice and cool, with everything you need for your stay. The bed was particularly comfy!

It can be challenging to find the best road to approach the property by Google Maps (the first two were rough tracks), ask the hosts for advice before arriving. The local dogs can sometimes be a bit noisy in the night. Take ear plugs and mosquito spray!
