Location was the highlight behind LF hospital. easy access to the hospital if you have an appointment in the hospital next day or so and you live far away.

Unprofessional owners. They didn’t even know we have booked it and owners father got surprised when we reached there. Even the contact number given was switched off when we rang few hours before we reach the place. Owners father looked down on us by asking us’ only 2400?’ when I replied to his question how much we are paying. We felt belittled and embarrassed . We had to wait around 10 mts for the caretaker to come and confirm the booking and another 10 to 15 mts as they were changing the bed linen. Even the payment method was not an easy process. We didn’t see the gst price initially and we had a disagreement with the caretaker. Owner was available only through caretakers phone at that time. Caretakers phone was on speaker and we heard owner saying we were trying to cheat them. We paid them the money including the gst and when I asked the caretaker for the receipt he gave me a gift/cash voucher as the receipt. I felt so funny and thought how unprofessional these people are. Then he took us to the room. Room was spotless but the bathroom was dirty We got only 1 towel and flannel initially and got 1 more towel upon request. When it’s booked for 3 people, they should provide 3 towels . This team needs to work harder to improve their service and professionalism. Definitely not staying here again. Not worth the money.
