Tiny house Wakker

Location near nature.

Only good for travelers by car or bicycle. A bit away from railway station

A very lovely tiny house. It's a home away from home. We had a great time. The host was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

Everything one needs for a self-service stay is supplied. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The bed was a good size, but the duvet is a bit small for the bed.

Quiet, safe setting. Easy to reach from main roads giving access to Utrecht and Amsterdam. Very well laid out inside with plenty of space, plus private outside space. Clean and attractive.

No breakfast included. Location good for us to catch up with family both in Eemnes and Baarn.

Cleanliness was poor. No cupboards or draws had been cleaned. One cupboard had empty bottles left for recycling. Washing machine was under lock and key, which you had to pay extra for. No dryer or drying facilities. Bed linen and towels replaced whilst we were there for 9 days, but were well used, one towel was ripping with a hole at the edge. Extra crumpled up sheets in a draw. Cleaning products were all practically empty. Induction hob only had one frypan that could work on it, all other pots did not work on the induction hob.

I loved the view, it has a nice view while enjoying breakfast or meals. it’s a quiet place to relax. The host is very kind and always available.
