"Very good"

Without mentioning the amount 50% amount of Room tariff debited from credit card. Please mention it in the booking app or website before debiting. cancellation option was also not there.

"You can't get a better location!"

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect... a short walk to the main bus station (/mins) and central attractions (palace, art gallery ,etc). The reception staff were so friendly and helpful in terms of advice during our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and had comfortable bed and modern linen. The whole hotel was very clean and modern furnishings.

Hot water was only available from the tap, not the shower head, however was really hot and we could use it to have bucket baths, so this wasn't a big issue :)
