Check-in is a mess. There's a dedicated phone no. you can call but there's an annyoying dude on the other line who seems to be bothered by any info you might need. Parking is a plus, but then again don't expect much support if you are stuck. At the end of the day, they stop answering any of your questions via booking.

Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping mall nearby. Large TV where you can connect all your TV apps. Large balcony where you can hang and dry laundry. Good wifi. The managing company is responsive and communicates well via Booking.com platform or on email.

Apartment had poor cleaning (dirty container for bedding, windows, floor mat in the bathroom). There were ants in the apartment and AC emitted a bad smell - it was unusable in the heat of 35 centigrade. Intercom was not working so we had to go down from the 6th floor to open building door for visitors. Only one set of keys was provided - I asked for the second building door key or to connect the intercom but the managing company failed to resolve the issue, explaining that building management would need to be involved and it takes time. This was very inconvenient. They provide only one towel per person - not even a hand towel or any small towels. Additional items are provided upon request, but they charge for everything extra. I paid 10€ for two extra towels and two extra pillows with pillow cases. The neighbour who smokes sheesha and hosts guests on the balcony until late at night was quite annoying. There is a threatening note on the entrance door of the apartment that if you make noise between 8pm and 6am and permanent residents/neighbours call the police (even providing them a phone number to contact), you will be charged €600 and asked to leave the premises. But neighbours are noisy themselves. The managing company seems to have challenges with IT security — there was a phishing attack and I was asked for credit card details after I already paid the whole amount for our stay — Booking.com informed me was on the host’s end. Also, I had challenges making payment for extra items when I was already in Budapest as the internet connection to online payment was not secure. I’m concerned what will happen with our personal data as I also had to upload our IDs on their website during online check-in.
