"Meraviglioso appartamento a due passi dall'Arena"

Bellissimo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, a due passi dall'Arena. Spazioso, comodo per la vicinanza al centro, dotato di ogni comfort e perfettamente pulito e profumato. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un garage di proprietà al costo di 25 euro a notte (a 50 metri di distanza dalla struttura), in linea con i costi dei parcheggi a pagamento della zona. Inoltre, Paola e suo marito sono davvero dei proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno anche fornito i cuscini per le gradinate dell'Arena visto che eravamo a Verona per poter assistere a un concerto. Una chicca in centro a Verona.

"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!"

Ausgezeichnete Lage - 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Arena. Komplett neu renovierte Wohnung. Super ruhig - alle Fenster zum Innenhof. Tolles geräumiges Bad. Angebot eines privaten Parkplatzes in der Nähe des Apartments um EUR 20,- pro 24h. Paola und Mauro sind ganz nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber :-) ! Vielen Dank!

"Well appointed apartment in great location"

Lovely quiet apartment in a great location

It was all excellent except the dishwasher was out of order and was full of dirty dishes and cutlery from the previous tenants -it had been put on but hadn’t washed! We managed very well without it and the owners were getting a technician in to repair it and did offer to do that as soon as I contacted them.

10/10 on everything, couldn’t ask for a better location, the apartment was fantastic, clean and had everything you need . Paola and Mauro were brilliant, great and quick response to any questions, recommend some great restaurants, couldn’t ask for more . Will definitely go back to stay again . Bravo job !!!

"Besser geht es nicht!"

Ich kann hier garnicht alles aufzählen, was uns gefallen hat. Parkhaus und Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke. Nach dem Konzert hatten die letzten Besucher die Arena noch nicht verlassen und wir lagen schon im Bett, gerade mal 5 Minuten!!!! Paola hat uns schon vorher per WhatsApp kontaktiert und jedes Detail zum Einchecken besprochen. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Alles ist genau dort, wo man es sucht. Es gab Caffè, Kekse und viele Bonbons. Eine sehr große Dusche und eine Aufzug im Haus erleichtern auch Gehbehinderten einiges.
