"Very quiet, close to beach"

Clean and very helpful, friendly staff . They were very appreciative of our custom as the situation in Dubai/iran has affected their trade hugely to the extent that we were their only guests !

Extremely kind staff. It feels like home. A very welcoming place, with a magnificent, well-maintained pool. The garden is shady and beautiful, with furniture in very good condition.

Super Küche und sehr freundliches Personal. Pool super zum schwimmen.

Der Strand ist zwar nicht weit weg, aber nicht zum Baden geeignet. Es wird viel Müll angeschwemmt, aber das ist halt leider so

Не делали ежедневную уборку Не работает вайфай в номере Нет крепких напитков в баре Один раз пицца вкусная, второй раз такая же пицца сплошной кетчуп Телевизоры в номере не поддерживают ютуб На балконе вода из кондиционера капает на балкон Букинг обманул писал первая линия по факту до океана нужно идти по дороже Платный лед Теплое пиво

"Wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Negombo, with good food, helpful staff ."

Away from busy city life but an easy journey in for evenings out. Lovely position 3 minute walk from the beach. Impressive large pool and surrounding garden area in a building designed by the owner, who is also the (excellent) hotel masseur.

Nothing, although the electrical units were a bit haphazard.
