Very central good location access to the city first class

The only issue we had in our room was the sink was very slow draining and this was room 128

So near to where I need to be.

That you didn't except cash at bar.

Everything, the room was lovely and clean, but most importantly the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay perfect. The gentleman on the front desk, Sam I believe, was especially helpful and offered some much needed advice in the morning with several different issues I had had during my night unrelated to the room, so special thanks to him!

Modern comfortable rooms, easy luggage drop off, great location and helpful staff, quiet hotel, great price and had everything we needed. Had food at Azotea, great food, cocktails and vibe. Easy check out.

Room was fairly clean but could be cleaned with slightly more attention to detail, a better hoover/dust and clean of head rest to make it the perfect stay. Azotea service charge slightly dramatic added almost £10 to our meal after already paying for a room in the hotel, food and drinks this seems a bit excessive.
