Reception guy very welcoming and available, room perfect, very clean, wonderful freshly prepared food, amazing roof top view. Highly recommend!

Super accueil que je recommande notamment de Mohammed. Des personnes toujours disponibles et aimables, on est un peu comme chez soi. Le charme d’un ancien haveli conservé dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux commerces de proximité.

Property is centrally located in the old city of Bikaner. Walking distance to all the markets and Rampuria Haveli. Good experience to enjoy the 250 year old heritage. As the stairs for access to the floors inside Haveli are narrow and steep, people may find it difficult for stay. Manisha

Being in the old city with narrow lanes, 4 wheeler cannot enter. Would have appreciated proactive information on the approach to the property to avoid last moment crisis. Alternative parking facility is needed. Atleast drinking water should be complimentary. Manisha

Chambre dans une vielle haveli authentique, avec vue pour le lever de soleil et le coucher de soleil. Personnel très sympathique, nous recommandons !

Lots of mosquitoes, very negative vibes around staff, we have a small conflict with them not friendly and kind.

Behavior, mosquitoes and water issues

Le fait de dormir dans une haveli vieille de 250 ans. La gentillesse du personnel, le manager a bien voulu annuler notre réservation sans frais et nous a proposé des chambres plus confortables au premier et l autre au rdv.

Les chambres en terrasse petite et sans confort, les toilettes sur le palier. Les escaliers étroits et très pentus d où la difficulté pour monter aux étages.

The property is beautiful, very typical. I loved it and the interior is beautiful. Their food was amazing too. Bilal is a very funny person, he showed us around and was so helpful.
