The staff at the desk told us we could extend our stay one night. Then they went back on their word. Removed our bags from our room without us and made us pay for a more expensive room, cause they double booked our room. Manager staff are rude and will never admit mistakes, young man with glasses (staff) who was translating was super nice and helpful he tried to fix the mistake but as we were foreigners they didn't respect our privacy and said it was more money to pay or we had to leave. Room was small dark and had no windows (the room we booked was the budget room. But promised WiFi and a window, but we had neither).

The room did not have a bathroom. They charged another 600 liea to upgrade it to a room with bathroom.

Nothing is good about this hotel،On the first day of entering this hotel, they asked us for a lot of money, which I disagreed and did not accept, I was very upset And they only get a lot of money.In those few nights of my stay, Hanel's electricity was cut several times and there was constant noise.
