Motel Blue Corner 1

Only the location was not bad, it was close to a mall and Erbil terminal and taxies were available nearby. Everything else was a nightmare and a horrible experience!

- Broken toilet! - Very rude staff and management. - Very greedy staff and management and taxi service that just want to rip you off! - Very dirty place, sheets were already dirty, and towels were torn and I've noticed the towels were unclean with hair and dirt on them. Had to ask multiple times to change them. - When we booked the price was in Euro and when we arrived they said they wouldn't accept Euro. They did not accept Iraqi Dinar which is the currency. They forced us to go exchange the money for Dollars which costs us exchange fees. - They were picky about the bills we exchanged at the exchange next to them and while we paid around $800 they did not accept a $10 bill for that, they said you could pay with MasterCard when I refused to go exchange more money (well, they originally did not accept Master Card!). - Their Taxi Service overcharged us 6 times a regular taxi when it picked us up from the Airport. On our way back to Airport we used a regular Taxi from the street with 1/6th of their price! - The breakfast mostly looked like leftover food. - Though they rented the room for 6 people there were only 2 spoons and 1 fork in the kitchen and 3 or 4 dishes. - Overall, a very horrible experience I regretted and when I think of Erbil this was the first thing that comes into mind.

Comfortable and nice view

Customer service was not good, you call the service about something and they bring it tooo late There is no enough water is freezer, and there is no soap and tissues.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city and the staff are very friendly

They cancelled the reservation but the good thing they immediately called me before i visit them

Beautiful place to stay with a great location, clean rooms and friendly staff Can’t wait to come back

Nothing to like at this Motel except Mr. Amjid. He is very nice person.

Cleanliness, room, mattresses and pillows are so dirty. Pillows have hair. Breakfast is very simple and the person working there is horrible. She is very rude. I suppose to stay there for 4 nights but I quit after 2 nights I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this motel
