The Hotel was located in a perfect spot. Easily accessible from Thaltej gam metro station. The room allocated was a suite as a normal room was not available. They asked me to change the room on the second day although I checked out on Sunday itself.

Lack of available rooms. They shouldn't take the booking if rooms are not available.
