Ubicació i amabilitat del personal. Es tracta d'un hotel humil però que consta de tot el que es necessita

Caldria fer alguna petita reforma i aïllar les finestres ja que hi entrava en fred.

El trato del personal, muy atento y ayudando con todo tipo de recomendaciones, y la ubicación, que se encuentra dentro de la medina

Lo poco malo que podemos decir es que no tiene ascensor y al llevar maleta tocó cargarla por las escaleras, pero no fue inconveniente

Very pretty. Wonderful staff at front desk, esp. Aboubacar. Well located. Easy to communicate with, even by Whats App if no o e at desk.

The furniture was not comfortable. The bed, rhe chaurs in my room, even the table. And the bed frame fell apart, although it was not functional, just decorative.

Le ménage dans la chambre n a été fait que le dernier jour. Fallait faire son lit, il faisait froid dans la chambre ! Clim ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de sèche cheveux, sdb pas pratique un lave main en guise de lavabo. Fallait réclamer tous les jours des serviettes .

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Beautiful doors and closets in all our rooms, and excellent breakfast spread on the rooftop!

Beds are a bit worn out and no hooks for towels in the bathroom. One of the twin rooms had a "private bathroom" but it's outside the room, so you have to cross the hallway.

Świetny personel, pomocny, uprzejmy, cały czas do dyspozycji. Dobre śniadania na słodko. Świetna lokalizacja z centrum Medina. Pokoje z mega klimatem , pięknymi kafelkami, co sprawia że miejsce jest wyjątkowe. Polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością 😊

Great breakfast. Located in old Town with interesting places to see nearby and close to ferry. Comfortable bed, decent internet speed.

Room had black mold over large parts of ceiling. Noise from outside was heard quite easily in room.
