Lavender Row Farm

Fantastic place to relax. Far enough away from the city while close enough to drive in to enjoy what Dunedin has to offer. Host was very welcoming and the freshly baked bread to accompany breakfast was a real treat. Would highly recommend.

The host is so welcoming without being overbearing, and fantastic with the kids. Great little selection for breakfast and of course the warm bread in the morning! Careful with the fire as it heats up the place so much.

The house was modern & clean, very cosy & had great facilities that would be fine for a longer stay (full kitchen, laundry etc). There was a good amount of room and the kids enjoyed running round out in the lavender. Breakfast was fabulous - the kids were amazed by the home made bread - we felt very spoilt. The fire kept us warm and toasty on a chilly night.

Nothing! Can't fault Lavender Row as a place for a family to stay.

Having breakfast included was a real bonus. Fresh bread + the paper delivered at the door was lovely. The accommodation was great - quiet, beautiful outlook and close enough to the village amenities we needed. We enjoyed being outside of the hustle/bustle of Dunedin. Paula (our host) was very welcoming and put the fire on for us - so it was nice and cosy when we arrived on a cold winter's evening.
