I was a tiny bit unsure of whether I was on my own in the property as there was the upstairs area. I assumed so when I locked the front door but maybe needs to be a bit clearer particularly as I was a solo female and I was moving between the bedroom and bathroom.

"Nice pleasant place to lay your head"

Downstairs

Not really ensuite. The only issue I had was no outside door on door so you could only lock from inside of room. No issue for a 1 night stay if you was there for a few days would worry about the security of the room. Bed with the frilly things to hide the feet was a put off.

"Lovely, clean and wonderful."

Free parking was a highlight. The bathroom was lovely. The directions and instructions were clear and helpful.

A little too much furniture as it felt a little cramped.

"Recommended "room" in a good location in North Nottingham... Great host - fab comms..."

Excellent price, great communications and a good value solution for us (Myself and Daughter visiting Download festival) or others 'passing through'. Flexible and responsive comms from the host - Room was clean, tidy and downstairs bathroom was perfect. Tea and Coffee facilities appreciated - Location excellent (plus shops nearby) and parking was available and near by. Highly Recommended as a solution for a twin / double room in Notts.

Minor comment - but possibly the room could benefit from a rethink on furniture, hanging of mirror etc. to improve functionality / space. Also (for self) the host may wish to 'separate' downstairs area from own house by installing a door or similar at top of room? No issues with this personally - but may give the feel of a more "self" contained area than a "room" hire.
