It is a simple apartment with poor natural light. The bedroom has no window but an opening to a living room that has a small window to the inner very narrow outside corridor.

A recently refurbished apartment that is very tastefully decorated. A nice 25 minute walk from the train station. Access instructions and online check in worked perfectly. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean , spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value for money. A great place to stay for a short stay in Bologna.

The check-in process is streamlined with electronic check-in and a door code, making entry easy and efficient. The environment is notably quiet, and the apartment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The inclusion of an espresso machine adds to the overall positive experience. While we didn't utilize the kitchen, dishwasher, or laundry machine, having these amenities is a valuable bonus. The apartment is situated in a tranquil and safe area, approximately 10-12 minutes from central Bologna. Additionally, the central train station is conveniently reachable with a 25-30 minute easy walk. Furthermore, discovering a nearby garage for 25 euros per 24 hours was a welcomed convenience.

Having a key for the main door would be convenient for securing it from the inside at night. Despite the electronic lock on the door, I have a personal preference for a physical key, unrelated to safety concerns but rather a habit I've developed. While my 15-year-old daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, there is an unusual incline on one end. Perhaps some adjustments to the mechanism are needed.
