Adorable petit logement extrêmement propre avec tout le confort. L’hôte a été très arrangeante en nous permettant une arrivée en autonomie plus tôt.

La propreté, la proximité du centre ville de Ljubljana. Le calme, le petit jardin trop mignon, les équipements (il y avait même, par ex, du talc, de la mousse à raser….)

La experiencia fue magnífica de principio a fin. El anfitrión, Miha, es superamable y estuvo esperándonos para recibirnos nada más llegar, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas al momento. Una de las mayores ventajas es que el coche tiene su propio espacio reservado justo en la entrada de la casa, lo cual da muchísima tranquilidad. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para el día a día, ¡hasta tiene lavadora! Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos, pero a la vez a un cómodo paseo de unos 20 minutos a pie del centro de Liubliana. El baño es grande, práctico y muy útil. En resumen, todo genial.

Por comentar un detalle de la distribución, para las comidas cuenta con una barra americana en lugar de una mesa de comedor tradicional, aunque para nosotros cumplió su función perfectamente y todo estuvo genial.

Der Vermieter hatte uns rechtzeitig und genau per Mail darüber informiert, wie wir in das Apartment kommen konnten. Eine weitergehende Anfrage von uns nach Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Sonntag blieb leider unbeantwortet. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das gilt auch für das Bad. Die Küche ist vergleichsweise gut mit Geschirr und Besteck für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Wlan funktioniert ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber dafür in einer ruhigen Gegend, und die City ist auf einem angenehmen Weg entlang des Tivoli-Parks zu Fuß in 20 min erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein für das Apartment reservierter Parkplatz vorhanden. Im schönen Garten gibt es Tisch und Stühle, das haben wir genutzt.

Dass der Vermieter dem Gast den Wunsch mitteilt, er möge sorgsam mit der Einrichtung umgeht, ist verständlich und sein gutes Recht. Aber das kann man so oder so formulieren. Hier allerdings klingen die "House Rules" wie Gesetze in einem autoritären Staat (siehe Foto). Weil wir es für selbstverständlich halten, dass man mit der Wohnung pfleglich umgeht, hat uns das sehr gestört. Wir empfanden das Doppelbett als etwas schmal. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung für den Induktionsherd von CANDY wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Ohne Google GEMINI wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen.

The arrival: we just arrived to the apartment on the same time with the host, so he showed around and we have the possibility to get extra infos about the city. The bed mattress was very comfortable so we spend a bit more time there and a little less time in the city. The whole atmosphere of the apartment was good, cosy, The host was very kind and helpful.

I'm not a coffee/coffee maker expert, so I needed a few minutes to grasp the esence how to make coffee with the machine - I am sure a daily coffee drinker need no more than 5 seconds to make coffee with it and a moka pot is available as well. So this wasn't a problem at all. Sadly, it was really a short time to spend here, but it was up to us... :/ So this is our problem.

Prese accanto al letto troppo distante, non ci stava in bidet,non ci stavano le zanzariere,persiane da lavare .

Parfait, à proximité du parc Tivoli et de la ville, au calme. Tout est bien organisé, équipé et propre. Les quelques commentaires de clients précédents ont été pris en compte.

Je voyage beaucoup et je suis très exigeante, et là je n'ai rien à dire de négatif.

The apartment was fantastic — we were really pleasantly surprised by how well everything was thought out. Miha truly paid attention to every detail. The apartment has everything you might need, from toothpaste and slippers to a coffee machine and a full set of dishes. The free reserved parking was a big plus. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable, and everything — especially the bathroom — was spotless. Communication with Miha was excellent; he was always available and very polite. We definitely recommend this place!
