"Exceptional"

Just watch the pictures of this place. They are all true. The place is just beautiful 😍 Great bathroom where you can have your private onsen. Perfect leasure space on the upper floor.

The closest bus station is about 10 minutes away. It takes quite time to get to touristic places in Kyoto. Not many options to do in close distance.

Check in was smooth and easy. There was a whole book explaining the details of the house and how to do everything. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and an insanely good deal. Worth every penny 10/10 all the way.

"Appartement exceptionnel !!"

Appartement exceptionnel , vous vivez dans un ancien atelier ( avec vu sur cet atelier ), très bien équipé, fonctionnel . Vous avez un onsen à moins de 10 min à pieds qui est magnifique.Bref tout était parfait .

京都の町家の雰囲気がとても良かったです。キッチンの設備も充実していました。

道に面しているので寝ている時に道路の騒音が気になりました。

"We would definitely stay here again."

The house is beautiful in a nice residential area with all the essential amenities food etc nearby and is accessible to most places one needs to go. The (quiet) studio weaving traditional fabrics in the back of the house is beautiful and fascinating.

The extra charge (though fairly modest) for non-allergenic bedding (ie. Bedding without feather down stuffing) was a bit unfair. We travel a lot widely and no other accommodation has ever charged us extra for providing this.
