Best views in Stepantsminda, with Gergeti church is direct line of sight from the bed. The house was cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing outside. The hosts have excellent taste and are very attentive.

The mattresses were very hard and the shower needed some repairing.

The host didn't show up for giving us the keys. We had to wait 30 mins with no contact from the property. Before leaving, we asked for the checkout procedure and didn't receive any answer. In the following afternoon, the host aggressively contacted us and told us that we should have left cash for paying the property but we already left and proposed him to pay through booking instead. The host refused and insisted we used 3rd party provider which we were not very confortable with, we got aggressive message and call from him the rest of the week until we settled it. Big lack of communication and add some stress to our travel, we would have happily pay in cash at the property but we could not.

Amazing location, really comfort and clean apartment. Stunning view to the mountains.

It would be nice if there was net on some windows, to prevent insects from entering inside.

When not foggy, there is a nice view from the bedroom.

No tea/coffee/sugar. Unstable wi-fi. The toilet and shower room is very small. The stove was weak, it took ~30 minutes to cook an omelette. No place to dry dishes. When it’s dark, there are no street lights so it feels uncomfortable to walk around.

The host was very responsive to calls and guided to reach us to the location even late in the night.
