Riad Fz Marrakech

De gastheer en de ontbijtdame waren enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij.💕 Midden in het centrum maar toch heel rustig. Gezellig ingericht met kussens en zithoekjes. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op gezamenlijk dakterras. De douchekop gaf een fijne druk en straal. Elke dag schone handdoeken en wc papier. We hadden wijn gekocht en kregen gelijk wijnglazen en een opener😁

We hadden het bovenste appartement wat een hele klim is voor mijn 78 jarige moeder. De badkamer was vreselijk. Je douched naast de wc, alles drijfnat en de deur was beschimmeld en aan het wegrotten. We hebben het gemeld en aan het einde van de zomer zal deze gerenoveerd worden. Als toekomstige boeker ben je gewaarschuwd voor dit appartement. De graffiti had voor mij niet gehoeven. Houdt het lekker traditioneel🙌

Výborná poloha,tradičný riad,pomer ceny a kvality, priateľský majiteľ, bezproblémová komunikácia, domáce čerstvé tradičné raňajky. Vážime si,že náš pán Ali čakal pri bráne u hlavnej cesty,keď sme večer prileteli.

S raňajkami bola spokojnosť,len v dosť neskorom čase,napríklad ak začínate skoro ráno deň alebo máte rezervovanú obhliadku.

La posizione tranquilla e vicinissima a una porta d’entrata alla Medina e altrettanto comoda per muoversi tranquillamente a piedi anche fino alla città nuova. Ali è una persona davvero alla mano, simpatico, disponibile è assolutamente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Connessione internet non buona e mancanza di una presa di corrente nel bagno.

Ali il proprietario del Riad ci ha ospitati in modo impeccabile! Cordiale, gentile e davvero disponibile. La struttura è comodissima, all’interno della Medina, in zona sicura. La colazione buonissima e abbondante, inoltre hanno saputo garantirci anche l’opzione senza glutine.

Vicinanza con la piazza principale, personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Colazione.

Il bagno è una minuscola stanza con wc + doccia senza il piano. Purtroppo è stato molto limitante in quanto se facevi la doccia, la stanza era inagibile (pavimento completamente bagnato). La porta del bagno, a causa della disposizione della doccia, era marcita. I letti singoli hanno materassi strettissimi e davvero molto duri.

Douche très petite et peu pratique

A wonderful, authentic riad right in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes from the city walls and within walking distance of the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is run by two brothers, Simo and Ali, and you can really feel that it used to be their family home — full of charm and character. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, with delicious fresh breakfast every morning and a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always happy to help, making the stay feel very personal. Note that the stairs are quite steep, so lower rooms may be better for guests with limited mobility.

Some parts of the interior could benefit from a bit of updating and modernization, but this does not take away from the overall charm and authenticity of the riad. In fact, it rather adds to the feeling of staying in a traditional home with character.

The apartment was spacious, the location was perfect! They agreed to prepare the breakfast a little earlier for us to keep up with our schedule, which was a nice gesture from them.

The hall of the apartment had an open ceiling and other guest could see us there. It felt a little problematic for our privacy but also for more practical issues like rain or heating. P.S. I know that it does not directly depend on the riad but they should definitely update the parking fee per night. It was definitely not 3€ per day!

The location, size of the rooms, and the rooftop for breakfast. It was a lovely place to stay.
