El lugar esta en excelentes condiciones. Muy limpio.

Se escucha todo y todo es todo. No nada mas el ruido y fiesta de la calle, tambien el ruido de las habitaciones. Dos dias me bañe con agua fria. Me imagino que el boiler no tiene la capacidad para proveer agua caliente al mismo tiempo para tantas habitaciones. No hay un lugar donde puedas convivir, en mi caso iba con familia y era salir si o si pq el comedor de lugar no es para uso de los huéspedes.

El lugar esta en excelentes condiciones.

No hay estacionamiento. Te puede tocar bañarte con agua fría. Mucho ruido interno y externo. Y no hay áreas comunes.

"Muy buena opción para el turismo en el centro."

Habitación amplia, limpia, bien ordenada y con mobiliario adecuado. La ubicación está muy bien para actividades en el centro, fácil acceso y bien comunicada. El edificio en general esta muy bien conservado. Se limpia la habitación cada mañana ofreciendo agua limpia y accesorios de baño completos. La cama king que nos tocó fue muy buena.

El ruido llegó a ser demasiado ya que está en una calle peatonal importante que llega directo a la plaza principal. Por ser las fiestas patrias, el ruido se extendió hasta más allá de las 4am. Otra observación es que no hay recepción ni servicio de alimentos o bebidas, por tanto, no lo consideraría un hotel 100%. Cuentan con una terraza que con un poco de diseño y mobiliario sería un espacio increible pero por ahora está vacía. Es una buena oportunidad para ellos en el futuro usarla.

"Great location and accessible to all of the restaurants."

You can walk 2 minutes and be in the center of the city, everything is nearby and accessible.

In order to get to our room you have to go up spiral stairs, so make sure to pack light.

La ubicación inmejorable, la cama muy cómoda, una terraza increíble y la amabilidad de la dueña fantástica.

Hay que subir bastantes escaleras y algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado pero no se pasa mucho calor y tienen ventilador.
