Alles war hervorragend – die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern, mit einem schönen, großzügigen Balkon. Das Essen war sehr lecker, und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Team an der Rezeption war großartig – insbesondere Tesnim, die durch ihre Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft besonders hervorstach.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden – alles war perfekt.

Clean, Location

I stayed at Novotel Hotel in Tunisia for one night. The best thing about the hotel is definitely its location, which is very convenient. The room and bathroom were quite small, and I found the price to be too high for what was offered. While the hotel was clean, I was disappointed with the service at the reception. The receptionist was a bit rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I were a child. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, she told me I had to come downstairs and check out first before she would even consider helping me. I found her lack of courtesy quite unprofessional. Overall, not the experience I expected from a hotel of this standard.
