I materassi dí tutti i letti sono vecchi e scomodi la porta scorrevole del bagno sbatte contro il muro perché appesa e sveglia tutti se si va in bagno la notte.

Quiet location, beautiful area. Warm, hospitable and kind owner. Stefania was lovely . The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped for a good stay. I highly recommend ! I would book again.

I think the price could be a little lighter...

Check-in process was smooth and easy, following the instructions given by Stefania. The apartment was wider than expected and clean. Besides the sweet Italian breakfast with cookies butter and jam, we really appreciated having fresh eggs, thank you! The position of the flat is perfect if you're renting a bike from "lake como cycling".

Great for 7 of us to stay! Good value for the area. Stefania was lovely and looked after us very well. It was a great location, walkable to town if you're fit, reasonable parking nearby but check for local closure signs for grass cutting etc. The two bedroom apartment has the bathroom off the double bedroom with the yellow beds, the other bedroom is the twin but it's really between the double and the kitchen/diner so if you need proper privacy then it might not be for you. Balcony is off the dining area and looks out over the street and up to the mountain. The bathroom for the ground floor blue double bedroom is not adjacent, it is up a few steps of the stairs, so although private for the double I would not call it en suite. One bed apartment has the balcony looking out over the side yard and with mountain views, bedroom is en suite, was a lovely space on the first floor. We didn't pay for breakfast but Stefania had left us biscuits, juice, some little butter and jams, bottled water, gifts, all very cute x

The bathroom configurations in the double and the two bedroom apartment were not ideal for us, but we managed! Locks are not sophisticated, make your own arrangements for security if you share the building.
