Could not ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend. May just be one of my all time favorite hotels, which is saying a lot because I travel all the time. Great location. Very comfortable rooms with everything we could possibly want. Every member of the staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. Internet was fast and reliable.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of anything you might want to see or need. The suites are beautiful and comfortable. Rodrigo and Andres were welcoming, helpful and full of information!!!

The location of La Isabela was ideal—so convenient to everything in Casca Viejo. The staff was exceptional, making sure all of our needs were met. So friendly and helpful. We are most grateful for their excellent service.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and tourist sites in the old city. The staff was very helpful in suggesting where to eat, visit etc and in arranging tours. They even spoke to the people at our next destination when we were having difficulty contacting/ communicating with them. The air conditioning worked really well which was excellent because it was really hot outside when we were there. The apartment is very roomy and clean. We loved sitting out on the two verandas. We will definitely return.

This hotel is not suitable for with anyone with mobility challenges as there is no elevator.

Location on Plaza Bolivar, with a balcony facing the square. Beautiful high ceiling one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchenette with good coffees and teas. Welcome at hotel reception was very pleasant as well. Overall great experience!
