Views on Florence

The view was spectacular. Bed was comfortable.

25 irregular steps with no handrail down from road, unsuitable except for those used to difficult tramping tracks. Dangerous parking option recommended on unguarded steep slope. Very small, approx 8metres by 3 metres and nowhere to put anything, especially the unneccessary large number of bed cushions at night and only space for 2 to eat was outside. Fridge was turned off and leaking water onto the floor when we arrived. Contact was away and no written alternative given - giving an alternative contact number once rapidly in a pre-recorded message is not an adequate substitute Very poor value for money, though this may be typical of Queenstown in general.

Great View. Had everything needed. Loved the shower.

Bed was a bit harder than I'm used to. Parking space was small but worked. TV was great with free Netflex but needed Freeview for local programs, news etc

Excellent location. Nice place, very clean, absolutely fantastic views of lake and mountains. Picture perfect location. Right on top of hill. Uber rides to city center very inexpensive and accessible. Great value for money. Has fridge, coffee, tea, microwave, dishes, utensils etc. Very well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. Overall very clean.

Amazing location with a beautiful view. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the bed. Very easy and simple check in process. Unit is seperated from the main house so you get plenty of privacy. Clean with everything you need. Nice hosts, highly recommend.

The views are incredible and the property has everything you need for a few nights. The bathroom is a very good size and the shower is good. Nice, comfy bed and the kitchen has enough to get you by.

The location at the top of the hill is a bit of a trek however this is the trade-off for the view you get so no complaints really!
