Buyuk Truva Hotel

- central location on Cannakale promenade, very close to the the ferry, in case you come from Eceabat - great for stay, if you plan to visit Troy (35min drive out of town) - good carpark in the back of the hotel - from my room I had a nice view on harbour and Strait - nice terrace in front of the hotel

Getting old, however still good hotel.l

The room was fairly big, very comfortable beds.

The hotel was a little outdated. It was quite noisy as the rooms are facing the restaurant and main street so there is noise till late hours and we needed to rest after long trip.

The view from the hotel was unique

The staff didn't speak English

Location is great, hotel parking is a great asset - it’s quite hard to park at the narrow streets around The room is spacious, comfortable bed Breakfast is good not exceptional but pretty good

Room furniture looks a little bit tired but is was OK

Internet did not worked, there was cigarette smell in the rooms even we booked non smoking rooms

The view of the water and access to restaurants. The parking was good and the staff looking after parking were very helpful. In fact all staff were very nice.

There is a lack of ventilation in the whole building. The bath has mold stains. The rooms need updating. While it's true it offers the charm of an old hotel experience, the overall feel is one of uncleanness due to its dated carpet and furnishings.

The hotel is located in a very good location, by the sea! The breakfast was ok! Uncomfortable sleep due to car noises!

it's a pity, wifi doesn't work, and when you ask the receptionists, they always find some reason to lie to you!
