Déjà l'emplacement est ultra reculé de tout, notre cabine n'avait pas d'eau chaude, ils sont venu 2 fois sans résoudre le problème. Un menu avec une quinzaine de plats pour au final nous dire qu'il y en a qu'un seul de dispo. Nous sommes restés 1 seule nuit au lieu de 2, on a préféré arrêter le carnage

The location was quiet and peaceful.. far from the road. Interesting room structure. Bed was comfortable.

As a family is was not very comfortable to hang out in the rooms.. but luckily there was the large table space to sit ..

Безумно красивые виды, живешь прям в джунглях под звуки водопада, птиц, спишь как младенец. Красивые закаты, если не закрывают облака.

Нет горячей воды, приходилось мыться в ледяной воде. (Обещали починить, но так и не сделали) Ощущение, что в номерах совсем не убираются. Много насекомых, особенно на -1 уровне в уборной. В номере было холодно, всего один плед, чтобы посидеть на веранде и укрыться. Был сломан гигиенический душ, отчего вся ванная была залита водой и нужно ходить по холодной воде, не приятно.

The location is challenging, you are cut off and have little support from staff. The road in is rough, even for local drivers. Staff do their best, but with poor English it is difficult and they are really limited in what they can do for you. It all just feels odd. There was a derelict room under our cabin, really quite creepy. The space is small and full of spiders and bugs. I love nature and don't mind creepy crawlies, but with a high ceiling and no mozzie net, bugs falling onto you in bed is not okay. We hardly slept as we were so warm, but daren't open the door for breeze or remove the covers as there were so many large spiders (I can promise you were are not precious, live rurally and often camp and hike in the wild) But lets be honest, the prospect of a tropical spider on your face as you sleep isn't appealing to most. Simple things like a fan and a mosquito net around the bed would improve the place. For the money paid this should be a given. The stairs upstairs are wobbly and feel unsafe. There was no toilet roll in the holder and no body wash in the dispenser. Small odd things that added to the unsettled feeling we got when we arrived. You have to WhatsApp to ask for food and then the choice is limited. I got a beer to try help the situation and it was warm. All the small things that felt odd and helped us to decide to move asap. This location is very poor value for money. We left after one night despite booking and paying for 3 (we got no money back) and stayed in a local homestay (Adila). The homestay was execptional in comparison. Please stay somewhere else for your visit to Munduk. You will find better value, be in a more convenient location and have a better experience. I did not like the energy of this accomodation and just can't recommend to others. It is not as nice as it looks in the photos, don't be sucked in like we were.
