No parties are allowed in the apartment or premises. Parties, drinking, disturbing the neighbors after quiet hours will incur a 250 Euro fee. Please respect our neighbors. No extra guests including transient guest without prior confirmation and approval from the host. A 50 Euro/person/day penalty charge should apply for any unannounced additional guests. Make sure the actual number of guests are selected at time of booking. This is a strictly No Smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will incur a 250 Euro penalty. A 250 Euro/person/day penalty charge will be applied to any unannounced guests. No bikes in the apartment, bike rack available. We kindly ask you to be considerate as we have many full time residents/ neighbors, use low voice on the stairways, no loudspeaker or video conference on hallways. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
