The !ocation for the train station was very good.

Your website said breakfast, but that was non existent, it was very shabby and impersonal, didn't see any other guests, the lady on reception on our arrival was ok. The shower was so small you had to dry yourself outside it.

Very friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. Great location right in the heart of Chester. Hotel was very quiet during the night both from other guests and traffic outside. Good sized room

The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom area is very very small.

Handy location, only a short stroll into the city centre. Friendly welcome from the lady on reception. Fresh, clean smell throughput the property. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

The hotel frontage needs a spruce up. A fresh kick of paint would do wonders. The room had cobwebs over the window.

Super close to the train station. Large room, plenty of space for suitcases. Lovley staff.

Bathroom was very small, and did have a few nicks and bumps in the walls and floors. No spare sockets.

Proximity to train station, cheap enough for a single night if you didn’t want to stay in the room long. Towels lovely and fresh.

Bedding had holes in & numerous black hairs all over and was very worn & bobbled. Window a struggle to open and wasn’t safe to use when a child in the room (old style push-up window which could easily drop back down). WiFi wasn’t working at all & very poor phone signal (that’s no fault of the hotel though).
