Lots of character .. pretty location Comfy bed … nice bedding

No oven which was ok for 1 night as owner heated are ready meal. Would have been nice to have kids available for a fire .. it was cold and radiators took a while to heat the space. Needed clean tea towel, dish cloth and a bath mat.

Llwyth o ddŵr poeth, os hoffech chi ymlacio wedi diwrnod prysur yn y mynyddoedd. Perchnogion cyfeillgar a chymwynasgar ond byddwch chi'n hollol breifat ac annibynnol yma. Gallaf ddim argymell y lle ‘ma yn ddigon uchel ac yn bendant hoffwn i fynd yn ôl. This was special: Peaceful, within easy reach of Brecon; beautiful, well-equipped old-fashioned farmhouse. Oodles of lovely hot water, if you’re looking to relax after an active day in the mountains. Owners friendly & helpful yet you’ll be totally private & independent here. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would definitely go back.

Perfect quiet location, only 5 mins to Brecon for everything you need and then a 7 min drive to a superb luxury pub too. The house itself is so sweet, oldy worldy cottage and in great condition. Large living/ dining area, bedrooms nice. Owners incredibly helpful and welcoming thank you both. My kids (20 and 17) both loved our visit and found the cottage very relaxing place to stay. We went out for some little local walks in the evenings so the cottage was perfectly situated for trips in the car and just to have a walk after dinner locally.

Kitchen facilities were pretty basic, small fridge and no oven. However the owners were lovely and cooked our chicken for us and dropped it round. Very kind.
