"Fantastic stay"

2nd time i’ve stayed, excellent service from staff, most comfortable bed and the shower is great. Breakfast is fresh, hot and well laid out.

"CHEAP AND CHEERFUL"

"Great stay"

The staff were welcoming and helpful from our arrival, the place was clean, welcomed our dog. It provided a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff couldn't help enough.

If I had to pick something it would just be that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. However there was air conditioning in the communal areas.

"Nice stay to see friends in Crewe, would definitely stay again."

Check-in was very easy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was free and plentiful. Laminate used on floors in room was unusual, but also meant that there were no usual stains on the carpet as found in other large chain hotels.

Room was very basic but clean. Breakfast was ok, but quite limiting on choice.

Room ok,but no better than Premier Inn,beautiful old building but only used for the reception,rooms are in an extention !!

Coffee in the breakfast room was terrible,the room itself was more of a cafe than a nice hotel,my impression changed as soon as we were directed out of the reception area into the extention !!

Salad served was poor but staff were happy to replace with fresh not brown lettuce!

Very modern. Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. Large reception / dining / bar area with TV. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent.
