Check in process was too slow. Ask for 30 minutes to wait but it is more than 30 minutes still didn't get the access card Not worth for your money

1. Talk to agent name Keith. She the one who spoke to me before payment procedure. I did asked for the one liased with me regarding the troublesome issue about checking in and deposit. The person not showing up. She handle it well. Good customer service from her. 2. Got plate / fork, spoon/ bowl / mug / microwave / water heater / fridge / extra plastic beg 3. Clean room. Got swimming pool, gym (bring yr proper shoes and attire).

1. The price not worth. ex: drinking water. I rented an apartment (SAME IMPERIAL SUITES 3 BEDROOM APARTMENTS BUT DIFFERENT MANAGEMT /AGENT) But with drinking machine like coway /cuckoo but for Vaca they don't have. Washing machine usage under this agent is charge with Rm35 per night. Meanwhile previous apartment they let us use it for free. Compared both room. Previously was more spacious with the price of rm200+ per night and easy going handover deposit. Because of why I dint get to rent the previous apartment, it's was full since a week before book. The only convenient place and nearer is this managemt imperial suites and available with rm488 not include service & tax. As well deposit of rm200. Which I booked on 31/05/24. Need to pay together either by cash or card. They also proceed our refund of deposit in 48hrs after checkout. Which I cannot understand, because once tenant check out by noon. Housekeeping will clean and checked. Once all inspections done they already can proceed refund. Do noted that I pay all by cash. I did said to the agent I will come and collect my deposit per cash. She said the management /bosses asked by online transaction. 2. Makesure to take picture all surrounding apartments after checking in. agreement did mention if tenant are found smoking/leaving stain of linen/towel. The management will charged accordingly. I notice cigarette butt on balcony floor. Some tiny stain on one of towel we using. Television provided in master bedroom cannot function for some reason. Sliding door on balcony living room and master bedroom cannot lock properly. 3. The procedure of checking in very troublesome. The black and white printed under booking.com clearly stated check in time is at 1500hrs and checked out time is by 1200nn. However this agent mention in WhatsApp conversations that our check in time is 1600hrs. I'm very clear this is not hotel staycation.

IMPORTANT: Fees were different from what was contracted on Booking platform. They have yet to revert on why the difference. Thus I have not taken back my security deposit else they may not attend to me thereafter Others 1/ Check in was rather late - set at 4pm. Though they allowed at 3 pm after persuading. (Others seems to be at 3pm) 2/ too many locked doors to rooms w one w light that could lead to external utility area? There concern if access from external would be there 3/ bathroom mat must be replaced each time w clean one
