Breakfast has good variety, the Mana resto is well-presented. The staff are amazing- Chris and the rest of the team are very pleasant, respectful and attentive. The staff in the reception like Heart and her colleagues are very helpful and professional. Housekeeping are excellent!

A hiccup in relation to towels but managed well by Cathy.

There were around 16 steps between the door of the elevator and the room and we must carry on our luggage
