Cistota v spolocnych priestoroch aj v izbe, ticho, izby maju okna na sidlisko, kde su chodniky, ozaj ciste a oprane povlecenie, viacero velkosti makuckych podusiek, cerstvy vzduch, izba vyvetrana, velka, cista chladnicka, Pekna kuchyna, ktoru som ale nevyuzil. Kodovane zamky na vchode aj v izbach. Toto nie je nevyhoda, ale viem si predstavit ludi, co si v izbe zabuchnu mobil s kodom od zamku :) Velka spokojnost. Hlavne ta cistota je 100% Dakujem

Toto nie je nevyhoda, len technicky detail, chcelo by to poladit vstupne dvere do bytu. Treba ich trosku viacej zatlacit, inac ostanu zabuchnute iba naoko.
