Estaba limpio y entramos fácil, estaba cerca del aeropuerto y fue cómodo pasar la noche ahí para mi escala

Al momento de reservar era un sitio y me enviaron a otro porque estaban remodelando y debí pagar un poco más en el Uber

I book the place my booking got cancelled last minute by them without stating reason I have been calling them since I got there no is response or calling back to explain and I haven’t received my refund I end up sleeping in my car like make it make sense

Poor communication I need my refund

It was clean inside but outside wasn’t. Street are smelly

The area

While this property was a complete disappointment, I did have positive interaction and communication with the owner. He was very responsive and quick to answer my calls. The place appeared clean, even though it was severely run down. The street was also fairly quiet at night.

First off- location. If you have children or plan on walking anywhere, do not stay here. It is in the hood surrounded by crime and danger. All of our Uber drivers were shocked we were staying in that neighborhood and advised us not to be out and about. The property itself was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. It is in extremely bad shape. There were supposed to be 2 bathrooms and only 1 was functional. The floor is very saggy and soft- feels like you might fall through it. We only were given 1 towel for each room even though I rented the whole place for 8 guests and 4 bedrooms. Overall I was highly disappointed and could have just gotten a hotel in a safe place for the price I paid. There were also squirrels running around on the house and chewing things, I initially thought they were rats. It’s very unnerving.
