Love it

Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Good sized fridge and freezer. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom and shower.

Just wish shower had a detachable shower head wand.

The property is always amazing. I never have a problem staying, it’s probably one of the best hotels in Philadelphia.

Love this property very convenient location and I love the enclosed parking lot. Staff was very helpful with questions I had and went out their way to help me.

Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, the shared space Amenity room and pool deck were nice options for places to hang out during the day, and we appreciated the gated self-service parking. The bed linens did have a fragrance to them from whatever laundry detergent/fabric softener is used so if that is something you are sensitive to I would suggest bringing sheets and a blanket from home to use on top, but otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Outstanding Accommodations: The two-bedroom apartment was pristine, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The full kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, and high-quality coffee maker, was perfect for our extended stay. The in-unit washer/dryer was incredibly convenient, and the cozy beds with premium linens guaranteed restful sleep. The smart TV was a great touch for relaxing after a day in the city. Remarkable Staff: The staff’s warmth and professionalism were exceptional. A special thank you to the young gentleman who checked us in on July 30 around 4–5 p.m. – his welcoming demeanor set the perfect tone. The team was attentive, providing excellent local dining recommendations and promptly addressing every request. Ideal Location: Situated at 4300 Kelly Drive, ROOST is steps from Fairmount Park and a short drive from the Philadelphia Museum of Art (5 miles) and Philadelphia Zoo (3.1 miles). Nearby spots like In Riva and Lebus East Falls offered delicious dining options. It’s a tranquil escape with easy access to Center City’s vibrancy. Excellent Amenities: The second-floor swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat. The 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, and the fast, free WiFi ensured seamless connectivity. The pet-friendly policy is a bonus for those traveling with pets. Small Suggestion: While nearly flawless, management might consider adding a designated smoking area, possibly in part of the parking lot, to accommodate non-smokers like myself. Minor traffic noise from Kelly Drive was no issue, thanks to effective blackout curtains. Final Thoughts: ROOST Kelly Drive perfectly balances the comforts of home with hotel-like convenience. Its prime location is excellent

The facility should consider a smoking area as not everybody likes smoking on the roadside like me

cancelled our booking after booking through hotels.com and we had to find another location to stay

Great location close to Manayunk and Mann Center, easy highway access. Staff very pleasant and helpful and room was clean and and had all amenities needed.
