Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Clean and as pictured. Great furniture and decor. Beautiful ambiance. Great amenities. Spacious and accessible! Highly recommend.

The staff was excellent and helpful. Made check in a breeze. The suite was super clean, offered higher end products, and was styled in a minimal, curated, posh way.

We were told the room was not ready for us because it had to be “inspected.” When I asked what “inspected” meant, the staff member said that housekeeping needed to inspect it before allowing us to enter. The next day, when my son arrived at camp, we were told he had the beginning of lice and lice eggs. I am now questioning the cleanliness of this room. We arrived from home and were no where else but this hotel room.

Stay was nice

Amazing place, probably the best I have ever stayed in. Such friendly people at reception, would always address me by name, took in parcels and takeaways without question. The room itself was basically a house! Dishwasher, washing machine, drier, 2 tvs, amazing air con. Loved it!

Despite my late check in the staff members were welcoming and very resourceful too. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could extend it to take advantage of the amenities. I highly recommend it because I would definitely go back.
