Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for the winter and we could not have breakfast in the hotel however they reimbursed us financially. Staff were fantastic - very helpful.

Very helpful, friendly and nice receptionist, gorgous location on the top of a hill in the heart of the old city, free snacks, coffee and soft-drinks at the reception, huge room (we stayed in a suite) with stunning views to the sea. Comfy bed, fast internet, our room was equipped with a kitchen, a big sofa, a dining table plus a separate sleeping room. Huge and spotless bathroom. Very quiet and in short walking distcane to both, the old village and the small harbor/beach-promenade. The lady at the reception even helped us with our luggage, because the next parking spot is below the hotel and you need to walk about 150m uphill to reach it.

Not a real dislike, because it's in the nature of the location: parking is available only at the beach and you need to walk uphill to reach the hotel. But the staff at the hotel was helping us both, when checking in and checking out to carry our big luggage from/to our car.

I will start from the absolutely amazing and beautiful location, when in Ulcinj the old town is the place you want to be, everything is close and the old town is one of the prettiest we’d been to, then the hotel itself is like from some dream, it really makes you feel like you are staying in a castle, the decor perfectly fits the vibe, it is very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed, it has a terrace that will take ur breath away every time, we loved spending time there, looking at the city and the sea, really have no words to describe how beautiful it was. Last thing that made our stay the most enjoyable is the staff, Dženita was there for all questions and enquirers, she helped and provided all that we needed, she is one of the kindest people we meet😊 we will surely recommend it to all our friends and family and if we ever come back to Ulcinj this will be the place we stay! Also the breakfast was delicious but could be a little fuller with more options, but no complaints.

Fantastic property with superb accomplished staff at the Reception. They provided me more information than Tourist info about city and the country. They help and assistance with luggage carriage was very good. They treated us like a family. Me and my friends will come again for sure. We do recommend this fantastic property to everyone who like to stay in this beautiful castle with gorgeous staff.

Friendly staff. Snacks, fruits, candies, free water for all guests which is amazing for refreshment.
