(+++) very friendly and welcoming stuff (+) probably the best location of Ulcinj on the front tip of the oldtown/ castell to the sea

I fail to understand how a hotel at the probably best spot in Ulcinj could be managed and maintained so miserably. The hotel didn't meet the expectations of the picture presentation and pricing at all! (-) all window fittings broken! (-) shower mouldy and broken (-) shower head bracket broken/ not existing anymore (-) broken lights (-) everything old, worn-out with urgent need of renovation (-) EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST: the included breakfast consists of one cup of coffee and one position of the menu (=4,30€)! nothing fresh! not a single peace of fruit or salad availlable! dont try the thing called french toast! And dont try the restaurant for dinner! It's not much better...
