staff English is poor making communication hard for tourists. Breakfast is sub par. room service Manu is limited.

AUSuper efficient staff, relaxing hotel environment, exceptional room amenities and fit out. I wanted to watch the DOTA 2 TI, took 3, maybe 3.5 seconds to connect to the wifi and stream the game. Whoever is managing their IT put some thought into user friendliness.
It was all good, though midnight menu is only 3 items long. That said - it's a small hotel, so you can't blame them. Everything else is exceptional, so I don't mind.

HKBrand new hotel with great staff, perfect location to enjoy restaurants and shopping centres around the area, complimentary mini-bar and lounge with a lot of drinks and food, exceptional night wear and bathrobes provided, very pleasant stay!
The public bath is not real onsen, should have add some onsen bath salt to make it better; need a tap with boiling/cold and sparkling water at the lounge
